Is this real numerology?
No. Numerology is nonsense. This is worse: it's real mathematics wearing numerology's robe. Every "sign" is a genuine, provable property of the number (prime, perfect, palindrome, and so on). We just narrate it like a fortune teller.
How do you know a property is "rare"?
We counted. There are exactly 1,000,001 possible numbers (0 through 1,000,000), so we checked every single one against every sign. The rarity you see is the real frequency — e.g. a perfect number appears 4 times in the whole range, so it's a 1-in-250,000 omen. No estimates, no vibes.
Where does today's number come from? Can it be rigged?
It's derived deterministically from today's UTC date, so everyone on Earth gets the same number, and anyone can recompute it: hash("YYYY-MM-DD") mod 1,000,001. We can't pick it and neither can you. It rolls over at 00:00 UTC.
What is EP?
Omen Points — a rarity score. Each sign is worth round(−log₁₀(p) × 100), so the rarer the property, the more it's worth. Your number's total EP decides its overall tier, from Trash to Mythic, based on where it lands against every other number's total.
Why though?
A number a day. It's a small ritual. Some days you get 500,000 (Suspiciously Round, mild dread). Some days the universe hands you 8128 and you have to sit down. That's the whole game.
